The short version: CV by Timon rewrites the experience already on your CV to match a job. It never invents qualifications. You pay per rebuild. Because it is delivered instantly, payments are non-refundable, except where a rebuild genuinely fails on our side.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of CV by Timon at cvbytimon.com (the "Service"). By ticking the agreement box and using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1.What the Service does
CV by Timon analyses your CV against a job description, gives it a score, and produces a rewritten version tuned to that role. The rebuild sharpens and reorganises the experience you already provide. It does not invent employers, job titles, qualifications, or credentials you do not have. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything on your CV.
2.Your responsibilities
- You confirm that the CV you upload is yours, or that you have permission to use it.
- You will review your rebuilt CV before using it, and you remain responsible for its final content.
- You will not use the Service to create false or misleading credentials, or for any unlawful purpose.
3.Payment
Analysis is free. Rebuilding and downloading a CV requires a one-time payment per CV, shown in Nigerian Naira or US Dollars before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Paystack. One payment unlocks one rebuild.
4.Refund policy
Because your rebuilt CV is a digital product delivered immediately, payments are non-refundable. The one exception: if a rebuild fails due to a technical fault on our end and you do not receive a usable CV, contact us and we will review it and issue a refund where appropriate, on a case-by-case basis. 5.No guarantee of outcomes
The Service is a tool to strengthen your CV. We do not and cannot guarantee that using it will result in interviews, job offers, or any particular outcome. The CV score is an internal guide to help you improve your document, not a promise of how any specific employer or applicant-tracking system will rate it.
6.Availability
We aim to keep the Service running reliably but do not guarantee it will be available without interruption. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.
7.Intellectual property
Your CV and its content remain yours. The Service itself, including its design, code, and scoring system, remains the property of CV by Timon.
8.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CV by Timon is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the rebuild in question.
9.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
